Good in small sizes

Seriously cool, but poor cleat placement. I am size 46 and have a mm of clearance if using these on my MTB (XT cranks), a couple more mm of on gravel bike (ultegra cranks). The cleats are set to be as wide possible, but ingress for the shoe is in the cent...
